The Theatre Gang was founded in February 2013 to offer the youth of Doncaster a chance to learn essential theatre skills, including singing, acting and movement as well as backstage skills like writing, directing, stage management and technical. We run weekly workshops in the centre of Doncaster, and put on annual productions where the students are able to either perform or take on a backstage role. We are a non-profit organisation, all the money raised through membership, shows and sponsors goes back to the students, helping to pay for the workshops and shows, as well as regular theatre trips.
